Anxiety grips my heart, a vice so tight,

A tangled web of worries, an endless fight,

Thoughts racing, breath shallow, mind in a whirl,

An inner storm, a panicked, anxious swirl.

Like a shadow that follows wherever I go,

Anxiety's presence, a relentless foe,

It haunts my days and haunts my nights,

A constant battle, endless fights.

I feel its grip, so suffocating,

An invisible weight, so isolating,

My mind a maze, my thoughts a blur,

Anxiety's hold, a relentless slur.

But amidst the darkness, a flicker of light,

A glimmer of hope, a beacon so bright,

For I am not alone in this weary fight,

Many others share this anxious plight.

I reach out for help, I seek a hand,

To guide me through this foreign land,

To understand and to embrace,

My anxiety, a part of me, with grace.

For I am more than my anxious mind,

A kaleidoscope of colors, rich and kind,

I am strength, resilience, and grace,

A warrior battling anxiety's embrace.

So I'll keep pushing, keep moving ahead,

Embracing my fears, no longer misread,

For anxiety may linger, but I am strong,

And with courage and hope, I'll journey along.
