And you tell yourself you can't make it

because no one before you did

no one in your circle ever made it into a square

because everyone in it says it can't be done

you tell yourself you can't be successful

because the mother you came out of isn't

and the father who tried to raise you

didn't even know how to spell it

and to achieve it...

he told you to dream

so....

instead of telling myself I can't make it

all night and day, I dream

of making it, making it to the stop

to prove the circle world wrong
