And though

And though the sorrow overwhelmed the joy lives on

By Mary SkinnerPublished 6 months ago 1 min read

And though she had it all still she searched for more

And though she brought us comfort she could not find her own

And though she was poised in pride she sank into her sadness

And though her bravery soared her fear pulled her down

And though her life was hidden her death revealed the truth

And though she dripped in sunshine her darkness overcame

And though the sorrow overwhelmed the joy lives on

And though we could not see it all we feel it all
