I love all the quirks that we share, the way we find so much magic in what others might call mundane

the way the unique things, the simple things, the ordinary in extraordinary things sing to our hearts

kiss me darlin, while we’re taking a little walk, let’s give the neighbors something to talk about

I love how our two hearts hear that sacred rhythm of all these things that so many others might overlook altogether, and they dance

With you, the most simple and ordinary things bring the most powerful poetry like love notes tucked into their corners

dance with me darlin, right here, standing in the intersection

I love how our two hearts are always finding new reasons to take each other’s hands and dance

let’s see if we can give the passing cars something to honk at

There’s so much music in the sound of butterfly wings, and skipped heartbeats

it’s all these little moments that make life feel like one long page of poetry still wet from its fresh ink

let’s make out like we have no shame, kissing your neck while you’re laughing and blushing that beautiful shade of pink going on red

let’s dip our pens in all this ink and see what poetry we can find in all these precious little moments

I love how life with you feels like so much poetry

kiss me darlin, while we’re taking a little walk, let’s give the neighbors something to talk about

like every moment is a new line freshly written — what will we find next? What poetry might we see in the petals of the wildflower, or dancing with the butterflies, or flick flickering with the fireflies?

I love all the quirks that we share, the way we find so much magic in what others might call mundane
