...And The Bees Made Honey

a poem

Pulsing swarm

Fluttering

Humming

Never ceasing toil

Here

To there

Return again

To Build

Create

Beyond the sum of whole

Finding use

Where I could not

I am what else has made

I am a husk

Of flesh and breath

And the bees made honey

Within my skull

Ooh, wow, Aaron. Love how the metaphor is working here to evoke a feeling of uselessness, or else, being used when the capacity for usefulness is gone.
