An Old Ancestor's Tree

Poem

By K.A. SmithPublished 9 months ago 1 min read

The ancestor's old tree
Sleeps.
Made into a business,
Watchers can see
Happys and again
Up, money...
With branches and limbs,
It feels around
For what's related and
Can now see,
Living well with
Young children.
But the tree only half
Thinks let them be.
Let all play and sleep,
Until full.
