An Ode To Hearts The World Around

I'll Find Something To Say *(Some Way To Phrase It)*

By Ad-Libbing With The Z-ManPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

A.

Superstition beckons all,

The day approaches to attest,

Our love alive each passing day,

Rest finds it not in dedication,

To that which minds must yet admit,

Is found abundant for those who seek,

At every turn the whole year 'round;

B.

Spoiled, jaded, tacitern,

Place unfounded here today:

Where give and get rain heavy down;

Where rivers flow from mountains high;

Where love, unleashed, its volumes soar;

Where you and I, for bliss, implore;

C.

Vision,

Gleeful happenstance;

Struggle,

Dawn of this romance;

Openness,

Rings Cupid's tune;

Shattered cages,

Token hold;

Vulnerable,

Hearts of gold;

Possibilities,

Since untold;

Rhyming,

Churning,

Caressing,

Hold;
