Am I Ready?

Random Thoughts #32

By Adam WallacePublished 7 months ago Updated 7 months ago 1 min read

Do it. It won't be so bad.

The water will give you peace like you never had.

No one will miss you after that spell.

Anyone who asks could be told you're in Hell.

It's your fault you relented to rage.

You acted like a demon, not a man of your age.

So, you have regret? How quaint.

It's your own fault, your life, you did taint.

No one will forgive you; why should they?

Listen to me. I never before led you astray.

Weigh yourself down and just step in.

Your pain will be over; a new existence will begin.

Memory may exist in those who don't know.

The ones with the truth won't ever feel sorrow.

Do it. Just do it. Why do you stall?

Stop that weeping and don't you dare make that call!

No one will help you; you're a lost cause.

It's like your end will ever give them pause.

Stop crying! Don't break your resolve!

The depths of the river, your troubles, they'll solve.

Get off your knees! Back on your feet!

Don't you dare consider such a retreat!

You're calling for help? You worthless turd.

Thinking of others before your torment is absurd.

They'll probably just get the guys with the white coats.

Better to step in and see if shit really floats.

Weakling.
