‘Always Got a Chance’
About Life /Mental health/Addiction

‘Always Got A Chance’
When you’re sitting on your own
In a room that’s dumb and quiet
Your head is racing fast
And about to start a riot !
Sometimes it’s so hard
To feel on a natural high
The realities of life set in
Dig deep go on please try
Never feel that you’re alone
On what seems a long and lonely walk
Pick up the phone and share your tone
Friends are only glad to help and talk
So many people get these feelings
Just exactly as you may
Me for one I didn’t know where to run
I’m now feeling stronger by the day
Please don’t feel you’re any different
To the person stood or sat beside you
Just relax breathe deep even have a good weep
You will come back stronger too !
Life is oh so precious
I wanted to share this story
It’s an achievable goal that will unfold
And help you in your personal quest for glory
When your life is going nowhere
Or you’re just a little lost
Try to keep on smiling
At whatever it may cost
And if you’re downing in appearance Don’t !
Stand up and make a stance
Because when you smile the world smiles with you
And you’ve ‘Always Got A Chance.
