I took you to the show
We both made our moves first
From then I do not know
I thought it was special
Dancing with our souls
I burned down through bridges
I'm burning down these roads
Was welcomed to new lands
And killed them in their homes
We had something special
Our fractions made us whole
You modified the truth now everything is difficult
I walk around this place as if it's all planned, no not at all
You occupy my mind like water down a waterfall
I kissed you on the mouth and held you tight but not for too long
Never straight always forward
I've heard this once before
My heart left my body
As I opened up my door
I thought it was special
Dancing with our souls
You broke up tradition
Watched it hit the floor
Asking for nothing
But craving so much more
