If two people are equally lonely, a cohesive narrative is likely to develop between them because they will be more open to interaction.

Then why do you not want to be alone, which at least would allow you to be dignified?

If only one of the members carries out all the efforts.

Why then strive to live a good life single?

I realized that a single person cannot strive for the future of two individuals.

This means that what you are looking for is someone who is willing to work while at the same time tilling the ground with you.

In this life what one has to struggle for is ‘happiness’? Rather than "two people"?

This way, you have to strive to laugh, whereas striving to sustain two people does not make sense.

What you need is what friends call ‘real happiness as opposed to fake fullness.'

If two people can not be happy together you would rather attempt to be happy alone first is the idea.
