Lighthearted laughs.
............................
Verses I beg to spill from my quill, nary an answer do I hear
Only silence answers my plea, laughing**they mock and jeer
Characters argue in my head, demanding better dialogue
Alliteration always amuses, as does absurd anecdotal artistry
Lamenting the tragedy of writer’s block (or maybe lack)

Well-wrought, Antoni. The words flow eventually!
I trust thou shalt not long be blocked, o writer mine!
BRAVA! You are brilliant my dear!
"Characters argue in my head, demanding better dialogue" Ouch! I've been there too many times to count! Another incredibly clever and unique take on the challenge!
Sophisticated jokes are also jokes...just read between the lines. Witty Nickita says

Always like a bit of alliteration Antoni! ☺️
