Sometimes you just need your mind to rest, to turn off even for a few minutes, and breathe in clarity. Sometimes you’re all you need.
No human being can serve you the peace you have to acquire on your own. People get so caught up in validation they forget they breathe alone. You're all you need.
Be grateful you woke up another morning. Souls get lost in the transition of dark and day, today is another chance, breathe good, and accept it well. You're all you need.
Your space is sacred grounds. Do not allow just anyone to step in and disrespect the seeds you plant. Be careful not to step on yourself too. You're all you need.
You can keep to yourself without ill intentions to hurt other people around you. And it’s okay to be on your own sometimes, to take care of yourself. You're all you need.
It's a bittersweet journey to embrace yourself, to fully become your own, and trust that even if nobody else is there, you are enough. You're all you need.
Stop waiting for a savior when you can save yourself. You are equipped with what you need to get out of things you find yourself stuck in. You're all you need.

It's actually a bitter truth of today that we have just gotten so deep into this world. We are too fine when we see someone calm us but forget that the most important person to us is really "us". Absolutely! Sometimes, You're all you need.
