All you have given me
This is a poem made for the ones that have given me what I have
You have given me your love.
You have given me encouragement.
You have given me protection.
You have given me discipline.
You have given me pride.
You have given me a home.
You have given me your understanding.
You have given me your best in everything.
You have given me the breath of life.
You have given me food and shelter.
You have given me support.
You have given me patience even when it worn thin.
You have given me friendship.
You have given me a family who cares.
You have given me my freedom to choose what I believe in.
You have given me my options on what I want to do with my life.
You have given me your concern.
You have given me affection.
You have given me security when afraid.
You have given me a shoulder to cry on.
You have been there for me when I needed you.
You are my family.
You are my life.
You are my everything.
