All We Need Is… To Float
A serene moment in stressful times

Have you ever gone into a pool,
Into the sea?
I think it’s one of the best things I have done
You can swim
Play with others
But you can also relax
Do you know how to float?
Sometimes I just like to stay there for hours
Thinking about nothing
Relaxing
Hearing the water move around me
I can then start to truly be mindful
I can sense the water over me
The temperature
The silkiness
Floating is when I can think straight
Everybody has so many things to worry about
But not at this moment
Take out the stress
You are floating.
