Still awake,

Still awake,

Still awake,

Still awake.

The moon is shining,

And I am sleeping,

But my brain's still thinking,

And, I am dreaming,

Of,

All these words in my head,

But I just want to sleep instead,

of,

Dreaming while thinking,

Should I be writing?

This rhyme's still rhyming,

with,

All these words in my head,

Still thinking,

Dreaming,

Non-stop creating;

Now dawn is breaking,

I'm still not sleeping,

Yet, still dreaming,

Still thinking,

About,

All these words in my head,

That I should be creating;

And even though dawn is breaking,

And I'm finally sleeping,

I'm still thinking,

Still dreaming,

About all these words in my head,

That I should be creating.
