All is hell, brought to older habits

The ones we promised to stop in vain

We spent much efforts to take some bits

In the end, what did we get for gain ?

(design of a nine tailed fox powered by kajomag.com and Pixabay)

We chose confinements to protect us,

Inadvertently believed to give

Freedom space for wildlife, felt passive -

But did that stop was worth the big fuss ?

Our inactivity permitted

To belittle our carbon footprint

So we expected to share a mint,

But just wasting is now promoted ;

We hence have been forgetting our links

At a speed far beyond fastest winks,

Thus come into cities sly foxes

Feeling appealed to stylish boxes.
