Like all things great, you often will wait.

A pre-emptive concept,

Above average grade.

The end result, is without a doubt,

The spice to our lives; we can't go without.

A perfect creation of prepared pride.

A masterful artistry tested and tried.

Take cake, for example, AKA Queen's delight.

When it's made correctly,

Each bites out of sight.

Four weddings, a funeral, and/or birthdays too,

Queen says,

"Let them eat cake!"

And guess what?

We do!

For if you insult her,

She'll let you eat crow!
