Age of Robotics

maybe the coldest of souls could also find warmth.

By Edward Banele ThelaPublished about a year ago 1 min read

I guess it must have been

A sort of factory fault...

But she looked into his eyes

And she could see through

His mechanical cliche

He couldn't spine a word;

A broken voice box

And a few ribs torn.

She pulled out a box

Of her best tools.

From that box

She pulled out this beautiful smile,

And it kinda welded together

His voice box and broken ribs

He said, 'ehh!'

She said, 'say no more'.

From that day on

She decided she shall

Fill up this remnant of a man;

This flawed being,

This broken thing,

This hopeless shell -

She shall fill it's lungs

With her love.
