"After Normal"

I miss my reality, the one that was mine before 2020

I find it hard to know what is real for me, at this time in history.

And Mankind, is but a mystery…

The truth, should it be found, is buried much deeper than underground.

In fact, it is covered in a "Grand Illusion", where reality is mass confusion!

Oh,.. It’s much more than a missing link...

Don’t you think?

The biggest falsehood ever sold, bought by generations young and old!

It’s all been lies for far too long!

What’s it going to take to right this wrong?

The records of our past are sadly fictitious.

To what's blatantly obvious, mankind seems oblivious!

Our eyes have been dimmed, and our minds held at bay,

entrapped in a sinister, “Come what May"...

Our gifts minimized beyond comprehension,

to the point, we’ve no memory, we ever had them!

Robbed of the legacy which belongs to us all,

creating the "Greatest of Mankind’s Fall”

Nothing makes sense and all is surreal,

as we try to function in this “New Normal!”

They violate our freedom with such entitled intrusion!

Which leads us all to a dismal conclusion…

That nothing is real, that it’s all a delusion!

Now, I don’t know about you? But what’s true for me…

We are entitled to know our reality!

We can no longer accept what we know is not true!

If we don't make a stand,

what of me and you?
