Our world, a busy place

But forget nature's name

We pave the earth and pollute the air

We hunt and kill without a care

We take and take, never to give

But nature has so much more to live

We say we love the great outdoors

But our actions show something more

A love of convenience, a love of our own

We forget to care, we forget to atone

Nature, we are intertwined

But we have become one-sided

We must learn to appreciate

The world that we desecrate
