I. Have accomplishments, but feel empty inside at times.
I. Feel numb, barely experiencing joy or excitement with belongings.
I. Do realize that being busy, means missing out on some of the most important moments in life.
I. Question the point of all the hard work, and feel a sense of regret.
I. Stay determined to make a change.
I. Decided to take a step back and reevaluate my priorities.
I. Set aside time each day to do something enjoyable.
I. Say "no" to non-essential commitments.
I. Attempts slowing the acceleration down, to feel more alive.
I. Notices the beauty around myself.
I. Appreciate the little things when possible.
I. Want to enjoy this present moment.
I. Realize that life is not just about achieving success, but also about enjoying the journey and connecting with others.
I. Will stay alive.
