In oceans deep, where currents softly sigh,
A city sleeps, beneath a boundless sky
Of shifting waves, a world of crystal gleam,
A sunken dream, a fragile, silent theme.
Its spires of glass, like frozen tears descend,
To ancient seabed, where the light waves bend.
Each edifice, a prism, pure and vast,
Reflects the hues of ages that have passed.
Sapphire light, through shattered archways streams,
Painting murals of forgotten dreams.
With coral lace, the silent streets are bound,
Where only whispers of the deep resound.
No merchant's cry, no laughter echoes there,
Only the slow, cold current in the air
Of liquid space. A ghostly, vacant hall,
A silent testament to rise and fall.
What hands once carved these fragile, glassy walls?
What ancient sorrow filled these crystal halls?
Now iridescent fish in silent flight,
Dart through the ruins, catching slivers of light.
A giant squid, with eyes like amber gems,
Explores the remnants of forgotten stems
Of towers tall, where kelp now softly sways,
Through corridors of iridescent haze.
A city lost, yet never truly gone,
Its spectral beauty lingers, ever drawn
To mystic depths, a beacon, cold and bright,
A shimmering enigma in the night
Of ocean's heart, where time itself stands still,
And glassy wonders softly climb the hill
Of silent wonder, forever to enthrall.
