O is for the opportunity to see,

R is for the reality that we are able to see.

L is for the love of words,

D is for the dedication of poets and writers,

W is for words that are written,

I is for the individuals that write,

T is for teaching the words,

H is for the help that poetry and stories give,

O is for opportunity to see,

U is for the understanding that words gives us,

T is for time to read the poems and words,

P is for the poetry of life,

O is for the optimism that the words gives,

E is for the excitement of learning from,

T is for the 'teachable moment',

R is for the 'reading',

Y is for You.
