Loving her through, despite,

Her beauty came with such delight,

A face of radiant, gleaming joy,

Not a doll, nor a toy,

A woman sure, a gentle dove,

To share her heart, and give her love,

Tender eyes and softest tone,

A gentle word to break a bone.

Such days, distressing, time would wear,

Revived, however, by her tender care,

Through stormy skies, dark, dismal,

To find joy with here, despite how abysmal.

Tender beauty, dear delight, a beauty my heart does know,

Such words I would give to, such care to then, bestow,

Delicate flower, valuable gem, diamond of price without measure,

Your presence is the most desirable pleasure...
