A Time of Frost
The children enjoy the snowy cold.

Real in the eyes of the truest,
The yonder birds doth sing.
In ice that is illustrated the bluest.
Winter’s breath must also ring.
In the time it takes for the ground to freeze,
There are signs of the craze
Of children playing and saying “Please!”
This is the complete, utter icy phase.
They know their behavior is only right.
They sway in coats and simply know.
This cold time of year can also be a sight.
It just takes a romp in the snow.
The children love their time out there.
They frolic without an issue, without a care.
