They lead us on a journey,
Through knowledge and discovery.
A teacher is a nurturer of minds,
A mentor, who is one of a kind with care.
They plant the seeds of wisdom,
And help us to reach our kingdom.
A teacher is a mentor, a guide,
A person who is always by our side.
They teach us to think, to learn, to grow,
And to never let our dreams go.
A teacher is a friend, a confidant,
A person who will always understand.
They listen to our hopes and fears,
And help us to conquer our tears.
A teacher is our hero, in every way,
A person who will always make us want to stay.
They inspire us to be our best,
And to never settle for less.
