A Tale of Three Friends
Arrogance, Innocence and Patience.

A long time ago, in a lonely forest, lived three lucky friends.
They lived in a world that didn’t want them, a world of resentments,
But they made their way to each other, against all odds, against all ends.
They were three friends, three brave souls, in this story that never ends.
“Have you heard of me?” asked Arrogance.
“Ours is a lovely story,” said Innocence.
“Listen,” said Patience.
This is a story of three hearts that once were broken.
They were the fallen and the beaten, the hidden and the forgotten.
The forest put a terrible fortune on them, but they were the chosen.
Together they enlightened their hearts—Fears, there were none.
“We don’t need anybody,” said Arrogance.
“We’ll be together forever,” said Innocence.
“Wait,” said Patience.
One of the friends used to write poems every day,
About the adventures they found when they ran away,
How they used to play, the secrets they used to say,
But for love there is a price to pay, trust you must give away.
“Promise me you’ll stay,” said Innocence.
“I don’t believe in promises,” said Arrogance.
“Let go,” said Patience.
Soon the friends understood the truth about secrets.
One of them, when I came to cruelty, knew no limits.
A single lie was enough to break their spirits.
That night, the three friends drowned in their regrets.
“I don’t care anymore,” said Arrogance.
“We did nothing to hurt you,” said Innocence
“Forgive,” said Patience.
This is the story of three lucky friends in a lonely world.
They are not together anymore,
But you can hear them still, in the forest where they are no more.
It is haunted by their past, and you can hear them saying once more.
“I love you,” said Innocence.
“Goodbye,” said Arrogance.
“I’m sorry,” said Patience.
