Never have I heard a sound so profoundly mute, Creating spaces where words are in retreat.
Everyone is confused; did I step on a foot? So there you have it! Silence, that sneaky little rascal, leaving us in fits of giggles and a symphony of confused glances.
Next time you find yourself wrapped up in a blanket of silence, enjoy the quiet chaos—it might just be the best thing since sliced bread (which, by the way, has very little to say for itself).
