A shift

You matter

By Cha' Lani Cherie Published 5 years ago 1 min read

A shift

A shift in the sky, a shift in the air

Wondering why did she’d go there

She fell to the floor, but suddenly got up.

To have everything taken from her including her very over best friend.

One that she could adore, even when the trend would end.

The universe brought these girls forth

To redesign a world full of hurt.

They branched off their own ways

With ones that they support.

Remember not the good but the bad that has been done.

To understand that she didn’t mean it to go that far.

She would close the door that lead her to that pain.

And venture off to the butterfly wonderland.

Where she can remain a piece of her own

And not feel as if she didn’t belong.

She would venture off on her own path, and hope for success when it wouldn’t last

She’s a queen at heart, but a blossoming butterfly for the world to see ❤️🦋
