A Shadowed Dream

The Moon's Arc

Every shadow across the moon,

Casting night where there was noon.

Luminous glow, now hidden from sight,

Intricate dance of day and night.

Phases of absence, a celestial scheme,

Silent in its arc, a dream within a dream.

Ephemeral union, where light and dark meet.

Intricate dance of day and night. I love this. Nicely done acrostic.

Lovely VNessa! You have some vivid imagery in here when describing the eclipse, especially "Phases of absence, a celestial scheme," tying into the idea of things in motion that we can't understand from down here.
