A SAD SUNSET

When the moon light has overpowered you,

you’re trying to hide, deep in the oceans,

the sky changes red to orange from blue,

and yet you’re leaving the souls with sweet emotions.

I can see that you don’t want to take your leave,

the night has defeated you! so stubborn? can’t you beleive?

the clouds shading us from your rays,

It’s time for you to leave after your hard day.

I can see you without any trouble, straight ahead!

I don’t need, neither to raise or lower my head,

the day is now dead,

it’s time to prepare for my bed.

Away you go and way you take your light,

I’ll miss today which was once bright,

and you left us in the mercy of night.
