On August sixth, the summer sun Blazes high, its course near run, Days grow shorter, nights take hold, Hints of autumn, whispers old.

Green leaves bask in warm embrace, Nature's beauty, slowing pace, Cicadas' song fills the air, As August's charm lingers there.

Memories of midyear cheer, Echoes of what's drawing near, On this day, both bright and sweet, Seasons blend in twilight's heat.

August sixth, a fleeting glance, Of summer's end, autumn's dance, In this moment, time stands still, Nature breathes a peaceful thrill.
