Two birds that came to my house each day,

With wings of grace and feathers aglow,

I provided food for them with love,

As they perched on the windowsill, a sight to know.

Their melodies filled the air with harmony,

As they sang of freedom and wildness,

I felt my heart open and expand,

For these winged wonders, a true kindness.

Their daily visits were a reminder,

Of the beauty and simplicity in life,

The importance of connection and care,

And the joy that comes with less strife.

Through the seasons, they came to me,

Their trust and gratitude clear to see.

I was humbled and grateful,

For the gift of their friendship, so pure and free.

So here's to the two birds that visit my home,

May our bond forevermore be strong.

They remind me to live in the present,

And to always do what is right and never wrong.
