Of rising early, reflecting on beginning a brand new abstraction within my day
A fresh take of the beginning of a brand new adventure, captured in poetic metered form
Yet, how to begin!
Maybe in the hush before dawn's first light, I rise with the world, bathed in twilight. The air is crisp, a promise anew, a canvas untouched, awaiting the tinctured hue.
Each step I take, I shall dance with the dew, murmuring hopes of dreams in view. The horizon blushes, waking from sleep, as the day unfurls, its secrets to keep.
With every breath, potential sings, maybe a song, a melody of unknown things. Abstract thoughts, like seeds, take flight, To bloom in the warmth of morning's light.
Beautiful, enrapturing...it captures the essence of a new beginning!

Birds and I
For the entire year, I have watched the baby birds just hanging out on rooftops outside my window. In a few weeks they mature and disappear, each exit of a pair brings the entry of another duo. Always there were two, then two became three. Today, imagine my surprise to awaken to nine babies strewn all over the mildly sunny morning places. I was overwhelmed and completely fascinated with this new development.
