A NEW DAY

True love

By Oscar SamPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

I saw some birds dressed in black, I saw a moonless night, and I saw a mourning for a tried and tested love that a few days after its bankrupt died. The night was and remained cold and dark. The moon was not a difference; I heard a song without its lyrics, I heard a cry without tears, and then an angel fell from the sky, it was Cupid, who failed with his love arrows. I saw the apple of my eyes got rotten by greed. And I thought the time had passed and that all the stories had already been told, but at the end , a pretty face and desperate eyes came to the call of an angel who had cried, for a knock down love which had gotten greedy unexpectedly. The notes of the song changed, and the lyrics love of a song were invented. And a tear of satisfaction fell and there was aliveness for the ground, as dew drops fell, and roses, daisies, tulips, and sunflowers bloomed. I saw the birds starting their flight, and leaving the black dress behind , the mourning of the night gone as the dawn arrived. And I hear the end of the last love story. It was not Romeo and Juliet's. It was yours and mine and A new day Began.
