A mother's note for her sons

Born so innocent and sweet into a world that once held so much promise, and then turned to hate.

Growing more everyday it is hard not to turn bitter, and consumed by rage.

Into the teens , I now have emerged, seeing things different, possibly hope.

Now an adult with kids of my own, I want to change what could be for their future . To show them a life full of promise and joy, yet the news keeps it full of despair.

Keep showing love, hope and security, to make them aware, life is not everything they see on the air. Be by their side as long as I can, to teach them life is not always, someone else's plan.

Think for yourself, and be a real man, show kindness and love wherever you can. Be soft when needed and hard if you must, but please don't ever lose trust.

People come and go in the whirlwind of life, you can always learn from each other's life. Be true to you and to your true mate, that someone is out there, never lose sight.

Always ask questions to learn what you can, to see if truly you understand. The answers are out if ever you look, just hold tight and your heart shall be took.

Life can be messy and this we all know, never lose sight as you continue to grow. Hardness of the heart comes easy, and with a price indeed. Never live to be lonely, for-fill your need.

To be protected from the loss it has faced, secure in the hands of that someone who is fate. Don't give up til you find your true love, as you look in their eyes, and see into their soul. The promise of life to be, no greater joy shall there be.

A note from me to all the mother's in the world... no matter the sex of your child , we show them love, and do our best. From the moment we here we are expecting til our dying day, we live for them. Teach them what you always wanted for yourself and to be strong enough to never give up for your dreams can come true, start small and continue to grow.
