A mother’s job is to nurture with a tender guiding hand.

A mother’s job is to encourage understanding and not demand.

A mother’s job is to inspire her seedling with a loving no hovering stance.

A mother’s job is to bestow a comforting nest, mask the sorrow as the bird fly’s away, when it gets the chance.

A mother’s job is to listen with a clear ear not one with fear.

A mother’s job is when sought for consult, silently rejoice.

A mother’s job is to flow with ease when beliefs veer.

A mother’s job is to respect the boundaries erected even when feeling rejected.

A mother’s job is to be the anchor through stormy weather, navigating it together.

A mother’s job to be the voiceless observes who whispers worries in the dark of night.

A mother’s soul weaves guidance in her adult child’s ears, even when she has disappeared.

A mother's work is never done. This reminded me of my mom.
