~*A Mother's Day Poem~*

A mother is the greatest thing since the dawn of time, I am so happy and grateful that you are mine. Walking me around in your tummy for nine months was a pain, but when I came was a great day.

As a toddler, I knew little well but what you did was very swell. A mother is the greatest thing since the dawn of time, I am so happy and grateful that you are mine.

When I was five years old, you taught me how to read and spell thank you for teaching me so well. Our love has bloomed like the flowers in a pot thanks for loving me a lot.

When I am having a bad day, you always cheer me up in a good and silly way. Like a mother star encouraging her baby star to fly afar, you encourage me to do my best like all the rest. Like a mother bird encouraging her baby bird to fly in the sky, you always lift my spirits up high.

You help me with my schoolwork, you make me laugh and play, you are always around me every single day.

A mother is the greatest thing since the dawn of time, I am so happy and grateful that you are mine :)

Even though Mother's Day has come and gone and we are months away from it, I would love to show appreciation for the woman who gave me life. Thank you, Mom.
