A Moment Out of Time
When the world pauses, and life’s essence reveals itself.

A broken watch
The clock stood still, its hands at rest,
No pulse, no tick, no beating chest.
The world hushed soft, a gentle sigh,
As if the earth had paused the sky.
The air hung thick, yet light as air,
A fragile thread spun unaware.
Each second stretched, a fragile line,
This fleeting, fragile moment—mine.
No past to chase, no future near,
Only the now, so sharp, so clear.
A baby’s cry, a tear, a laugh,
The universe split in half.
No rush, no race, no forward bend,
No start, no finish, no end to end.
Just this one breath, this beating rhyme—
A moment stolen out of time.
And when it passed, as moments do,
The clock resumed its steady cue.
Yet deep within, the silence stayed,
A timeless echo life replayed.
