A Moment

A Scattered Poem

Wait!

Give me a moment…

I have to think.

One minute, please.

Quit rushing me.

My mind needs to process.

I know, you want an answer.

I’m contemplating.

Now, what was I just thinking?

Oh, yeah…

No, don’t speak!

Now you’ve done it again.

Where was I?

Um, uh…

Oh, yeah…

Wait! No!

I hate when I interrupt myself.

I just need a moment.
