A love burned into the wilderness

Two souls in covenant with one another

By Taylor WardPublished about a year ago 1 min read
Only he can love me this way

In the heart of an ancient forest, where the trees have whispered secrets to the wind,

Two souls meet as if drawn from the roots of the earth itself.

In the furnace of dawn's first light,

Their spirits are kindled by the primal blaze of creation.

Their love emerges from the crucible of the wild,

Where rivers carve their paths through stone,

And mountains rise from the primordial dust.

It is a flame that dances with the ancient rhythms of the cosmos,

Burning bright against the encroaching darkness of the void.

Each heartbeat is a testament to the wild torrents that forged their bond,

An unspoken vow etched in the bark of time’s oldest trees.

In the tempest's roar and the stillness of the moonlit glade,

Their souls intertwine as the roots of a great oak,

Seeking the depths where sacred waters flow.

They are the p rising from ash,

Their love a wildfire that consumes and renews,

A force that forges stars from nebulae,

Turning desolation into fields of radiant blossoms.

Through the epochs of glacial ages and sun-drenched summers,

They stand as sentinels of the covenant written in the veins of their hearts.

An eternal pledge carved into the sinew of the universe,

A promise that the torrents of the earth, the cycles of the moon,

Shall bear witness to their undying embrace.

In the sanctuary of their shared wilderness,

They honor one another as the elements honor their eternal dance.

A bond as unwavering as the tides that kiss the shores,

A love that, forged in fire, transcends the realms of time and space.
