In the silence of night, where shadows creep
I find myself lost, too broken to sleep.
A hollow ache, a relentless pain
Thoughts of ending it all, like a chilling rain.
The weight of the world, too much to bear
Loneliness whispers, in the cold, still air.
No solace found in the day’s bright light
Just a hollow existence, devoid of fight.
Tears fall silently, a river of despair
No one to comfort, no one to care.
The mirror reflects a stranger’s face
Lost in a world, out of place.
Each breath a burden, each heartbeat a chore
In the depths of sorrow, I long for more.
Yet the darkness calls, a seductive plea
To end........................
