A Little More Kindness

The world needs more people like you, yes you, the one reading this! You’re kind, and I’m proud of you. A dog, a bird, deserves your kindness and affection. They can’t speak, but they can feel. What goes around comes around. Show some love and affection; you might be the one needing it someday from someone. You might save a life just by your kindness; you never know.

The chirping birds and a cloudy day wanted me to write something for the world, and here’s something from me today. I hope you’ll like it. ❤

The kindness of today,

will serve you tomorrow.

The kind words you’d say

may heal someone’s sorrows.

Shower some love, blind the blindness

And all this world needs,

Is a little more kindness.

This world reeks of hate,

hate shouldn’t be anybody’s fate.

Words cut deeper than a knife,

words can take someone’s life.

Break the norms, light the darkness

And all this world needs,

Is a little more kindness.

The most powerful weapon,

yet not used in wars.

The hatred in the sea,

and the kindness on the shores.

Use the weapon, let the world witness

Because all this world,

Is a little more kindness.

Costs you zero and harms you none.

Not a battle you fought, but a heart you’ve won.

Kindness should never go out of style,

even if it makes you walk an extra mile.

Be the change, show the greatness

And all this world needs,

Is a little more kindness.
