Then wait..patiently..

for that one that's walked miles in your dreams..

..'til the credits roll..

And the steam no longer rises from cold dish

Bitter..

but sweetly...

You get the message...

It's not the right lifetime..

So you prepare for the next..as mentally,

With the dull ache sitting heavy on your heart..
