A Letter of Longing

My Love,

Days feel like dry autumn leaves without you,

Every moment falls apart, piece by piece.

I keep my window open every night,

Hoping the wind carries your footsteps to me.

Nights are long, lonely, and empty,

I whisper to the stars— "Bring him back to me!"

But the sky stays silent,

Even the moon looks incomplete without you.

Your laughter was my sunshine,

Now everything seems dull and colorless.

This city feels strange without you,

The streets are quiet, and the alleys feel abandoned.

I live with your memories,

Searching for echoes of your voice.

Those old letters, those little notes,

Still carry the scent of your love.

When will you return?

Do you feel my pain too?

Do your days pass with the same longing?

My tears ask— "Do you cry for me too?"

Come back soon…

My heart cannot wait any longer.

Only yours… 💔
