A journey into the unknown

In the still of the night, when the moon’s aglow, Whispers of secrets begin to flow. Shadows stretch long, in the flickering light, As the world holds its breath, in the hush of the night.

Footsteps echo on the old wooden floor, A creak in the silence, then there’s a door. What lies beyond in the misty air? Are those just shadows, or is someone there?

With hearts beating fast, we gather our courage, To seek out the truth, through the fog of discouragement. In the glow of the lantern, we share ghostly tales, Of haunted old houses and shimmering veils.

But when the night wanes and the dawn breaks anew, We laugh off the fears that the shadows once drew. For ghosts may just linger in stories we tell, But sometimes they’re real, and they bid us farewell.
