I miss you like a hunger

not in a carnal, primitive way,

but in a cramps and pains

make it difficult to get out of bed sorta way

and when I finally see you,

it's not a favorite meal filling you up sort of feeling, but a

I forgot what it means

to have hungered for anything at all.
