A hug can give off good energy
Can put your thoughts in good spirts
Even give you good memories
Have you thinking of serenity
Praying to a higher power
Even if the hug is a minute or prolonged for an hour
A loose hug can give a sense of identity
A tight hug can give security
A hug from a stranger could give clarity
A hug from a loved one could give bravery
Giving you a reset
From something that was once a test
A hug a day could diminish the stress
