A House and a Phone

Poem

By K.A. SmithPublished about a year ago 1 min read
Do you feel sometimes your phone is your home? Enjoy this poem.

The home I want to own...

Makes me search

All the rooms,

All the furnishings.

A style, futuristic

And greets.

And when I reach,

The screen open and turns.

I want it

To ask questions and

Tell me the truth, the facts

With eyes.

In my eyes, deep.

Reminds me when I watched...

Like that!

I want it to go,

Go wherever I go.

For this, the price is steep.

I know...

I have to make ends meet.

It's a strain.
